    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start a return, you can contact us at support@ringsbykrama.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

      Wrong Product:

      If you discover your order is flawed please contact us mail: support@ringsbykrama.com with photos of the wrong product we will provide a return shipping label. Once it is received back we will ship a replacement a product immediately.


      We exchange products if they are defective or damaged, as well as if you need to exchange to different size. If you need to exchange your product please contact us by email: support@ringsbykrama.com with your order number and description for your exchange.

      Defective Products:

      When the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective:

      We do accept returns/exchanges if the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective.

      If you received the item which is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective – please let us know by sending an email to support@ringsbykrama.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, first and last name, the description and photos of what is wrong with the item, and if you would like refund or replacement. We will reply within 24 hours with instructions of how to handle it and downloadable return label if applicable.

      If you were sent the wrong size or product, have received damaged or defective item – we take full care of it by sending the correct or indefective item free of charge. Please note that the original item needs to be shipped back to us by mail. We will provide prepaid return shipping label for it (downloadable prepaid return shipping label will be emailed over within 24 hours to the email address the request was sent from).

      Cancel the order:

      We usually ship the orders immediately,

      Therefore if you’d wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately, but if your order was shipped by then, we won't be able to cancel it at that time and will need to proceed with return process once you receive the order.

      ** All refunds will be issued after receiving the returned product and inspecting it. It might  take up to 5-10 business days to reflect on your account. Customer satisfaction is very important to us.

      To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

      Refunds (if applicable)

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

      Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

      1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
      2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
      3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
      4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
