Order changes:
Please contact us immediately with any changes to your order. Note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be swapped for other designs.
Item not received:
If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it while the tracking status shows it has been delivered we recommend that you contact the courier to locate your shipment. If the problem persists, please email us at support@ringsbykrama.com.
